Key Ingredients:

1⁄3 cup (1¾ oz.) psyllium husk powder (Ground)

1¼ cups (5 oz.) of Almond Flour

2 teaspoons of Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon of Sea salt

1 cup of Water

2 tablespoons of Cider vinegar

Egg whites - 3

2 tablespoons of Sesame seeds (optional)

Step-by-step Instructions to make the Best Keto Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

In a big mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Get a pot of water to a boil.

Combine the dry ingredients with the vinegar and egg whites. Add boiling water and beat for 30 seconds with a hand mixer. Don't overstretch the dough; it should have the consistency of Play-Doh.

Moisten your hands with olive oil and roll the dough into 6 different rolls. Place on a baking sheet that has been greased. Optional sesame seeds on top.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, depending on the size of your bread rolls, on the bottom rack of the oven. When you tap the bottom of the bun, you can hear a hollow echo.

Serve with butter and your favourite toppings.
